On Feb 19, our 6th graders explored SARAS Dairy Ajmer, uncovering the journey from farm to fridge! They observed quality testing, processing of ghee, ice cream, and curd, and learned about sustainable practices like wastewater treatment. The best part? Enjoying freshly made ice cream!
