CIRCULAR NO: 18/2024
FEE PAYMENT GUIDELINES
Dear Parents,
Greetings from BPSK!
This circular is to formally inform you about the changes in the fee payment process and provide guidelines for strict compliance:
1.         The existing ICICI Bank A/c No. 683901700653 will no longer be in use with effect from 1st July 2024.
2.         Henceforth, the school fee payment shall be accepted via the following two modes only:
(a)       Website Portal Payment Gateway: https://www.betportal.org.in/bis/Account/Pay
(b)       Paytm POS Machine Via Debit and Credit Card, to be paid in person at the school in full
 3.        Cash payments will not be accepted under any circumstances.
 4.        All sorts of fees, deposits, students’ personal account charges, and other charges must be paid through the designated payment portal only.
 5.        The payment received through unknown names or accounts will not be considered by the school, and no claims for refund from parent or others will be entertained in this regard.
 6.        Late fee payment will attract a late fine of Rs. 100 per day, which shall be charged after the due date of fee deposit. Late fine waive-off requests will not be entertained.
7.         After depositing the fees, kindly revert via email to info@bisk.edu.in  for confirmation.
 8.        In case your ward’s personal account has a debit balance, necessary action to update the negative balance must be taken by the concerned parents at the earliest, in absence of requisite balance, he/she will be deprived of services and materials.
9.         Please find attached a tutorial video highlighting the payment process via the website portal link to ensure smooth fee payment.
10.       The due dates for the payment of the 1st and 2nd Term fees are as follows:
 1st Term Fee:
10th April 2024
(Late fine with effect from 11th April 2024 @ Rs. 100 per day)
2nd Term Fee:
10th October 2024
(Late fine with effect from 11th October 2024 @ Rs. 100 per day)
 
11.       Parents can view the details of their ward’s personal account by logging in to the school web portal at https://www.betportal.org.in/bis.
 
12.       Cheques or part payment of Fee will not be acceptable without advance written approval by Head of School. Spontaneous request for the cheque or part payment will not be entertained at school.
Please note that the payment of fees on the due date is the responsibility of the parents. Failure to pay the fees or attempting to forcefully drop the student in campus will result in the cancellation of the student’s admission, and no requests for reconsideration will be entertained.
We kindly request your cooperation and adherence to these guidelines to ensure a smooth and efficient fee payment process.

शुल्क भुगतान दिशानिर्देश
प्रिय अभिभावकों,
 
यह परिपत्र फीस भुगतान प्रक्रिया में बदलाव और कड़ाई से अनुपालन के लिए दिशानिर्देश प्रदान करने के लिए है:
1.           1 जुलाई 2024 से आईसीआईसीआई बैंक खाता नंबर 683901700653 अब उपयोग में नहीं होगा।
2.       अब से, विद्यालय शुल्क केवल निम्नलिखित दो मोड से स्वीकार किया जाएगा:

(ख)        पेटीएम पीओएस मशीन के माध्यम से डेबिट और क्रेडिट कार्ड से, विद्यालय में व्यक्तिगत रूप से पूरा भुगतान किया जाएगा।
  1. किसी भी परिस्थिति में नकद भुगतान स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा।
4.       सभी प्रकार के शुल्क, जमा राशि, छात्रों के व्यक्तिगत खाते प्रभार और अन्य प्रभार केवल निर्धारित भुगतान पोर्टल के माध्यम से ही किए जाने चाहिए।
5.       अज्ञात नामों या खातों से प्राप्त भुगतान विद्यालय द्वारा स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा, और इस संबंध में अभिभावक या अन्य से किसी भी धनवापसी की मांग पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा।
6.       विलंब से फीस भुगतान पर शुल्क जमा की निर्धारित तिथि से प्रति दिन 100 रुपये का विलंब जुर्माना लगेगा। विलंब जुर्माना माफ़ी पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा।
7.       फीस जमा करने के बाद, कृपया पुष्टि के लिए info@bisk.edu.in पर ईमेल करें।
8.       यदि आपके बच्चे के व्यक्तिगत खाते में कम बैलेंस है, तो संबंधित अभिभावकों को शीघ्र ही आवश्यक बैलेंस अपडेट करना चाहिए, अन्यथा वे सेवाएं और सामग्री से वंचित रहेंगे।
 9.       कृपया वेबसाइट पोर्टल लिंक के माध्यम से भुगतान प्रक्रिया को समझाने वाला एक ट्यूटोरियल वीडियो संलग्न है, ताकि फीस भुगतान सुचारू रूप से किया जा सके।
10.     प्रथम और द्वितीय सत्र की फीस के भुगतान की निर्धारित तिथियां निम्नानुसार हैं:
प्रथम सत्र फीस: 10 अप्रैल 2024 (11 अप्रैल 2024 से प्रभावी विलंब जुर्माना प्रतिदिन 100 रुपये)
द्वितीय सत्र फीस: 10 अक्टूबर 2024 (11 अक्टूबर 2024 से प्रभावी विलंब जुर्माना प्रतिदिन 100 रुपये)
11.     अभिभावक https://www.betportal.org.in/bis पर स्कूल वेब पोर्टल में लॉग इन करके अपने बच्चे के व्यक्तिगत खाते का विवरण देख सकते हैं।
12.     चेक या आंशिक फीस भुगतान बिना प्राचार्य के पूर्व लिखित अनुमोदन के स्वीकार्य नहीं होगा। चेक या आंशिक भुगतान के लिए आकस्मिक मांग पर विद्यालय में विचार नहीं किया जाएगा।
कृपया ध्यान दें कि निर्धारित तिथि पर फीस का भुगतान करना अभिभावकों की जिम्मेदारी है। फीस का भुगतान नहीं करने या बलपूर्वक छात्र को वापस लेने की कोशिश करने पर छात्र की प्रवेश रद्द कर दी जाएगी और पुनर्विचार की किसी भी मांग पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा।

SUMMER VACATION FROM 12TH MAY 2024 TILL JUNE 29, 2024

Respected Parent

Greetings from BPSK!

Please be informed that the school shall retire for Summer from 12th May 2024 till June 29, 2024, Saturday, for the academic session 2024-25, plan your wards travel accordingly.

Return on time- It is expected that the students return to school by Saturday, June 29, 2024.

Term-1 fees- The parent who have not paid the Term-1 fees are requested to pay the fee with late fine charges before commencement of summer vacation. In absence of fee, all value-added services including Boarding facility, may be stopped for the student.

Suggestions for active engagement of students during vacations

Habits- School has inculcated few habits in your ward in the last of couple of days. Please ensure that the child maintains these habits such as getting up early, going for PT/Walk, proper and timely diet, and self-study. Parents of junior students should also help their wards to learn personal health and hygiene and how to be responsible for their belongings.

 

Book reading- To enhance language and communication skills, holiday book reading is suggested. Parents may choose and buy a copy of age-appropriate books and encourage students to read it.

Newspaper Reading/discuss news- Parents must ensure that the students read the newspaper daily at home.

Watch English Content on Television- Students may be encouraged to watch ENGLISH content like News, cartoon, Knowledge Chanels etc.

Carry Textbooks- The textbooks shall be required to be referred to complete the vacation assignment and revision. Parents must ensure that the students carry their textbooks along with them on their return to school.

Join Summer Camp- For positive engagement and skill development join sports/ arts summer camp physically or online.

It is advised to obtain some online subscriptions of Self-Learning Apps for academic improvement and to maintain continuity of studies and clarity of concepts.

Spend Quality time with Family– Spending quality time with family is crucial for students’ emotional well-being and social development. It strengthens family bonds, fosters communication skills, and provides emotional support.

 

Things to bring while returning to school:

On your return to school, the following items are to be brought: –

  1. An umbrella/raincoat.
  2. Mosquito repellent cream.
  3. Study material in hard copy if joined any class.
  4. Notebooks with complete summer vacation assignment.
  5. No gadget/costly watches/speaker should be brought.
  6. AC Blanket if required.
  7. Medicines can be brought if prescribed by the doctor.
  8. Folder- 1 no.

# A separate circular will be sent by Dean (Pastoral Care) in this regard.

Note for Parents-

1. Frequent visits and outings requests- Frequent visits and spontaneous outings undermine the boarding school’s purpose, hindering boarders’ adaptation. To foster a conducive environment, refrain from unplanned and unauthorized visits, aiding students in their adjustment.

The Visitor Policy is shared with you with the meeting times. In case, you want to meet your ward, please drop a mail at least 5 days in advance. Secondly, do not visit on Sundays/Holidays as certain special weekend activities are planned for Boarders.

2. Summer Assignment; However, it is also deem fit that learner should be kept engaged during the vacations with some tasks or some sort of ‘holiday homework’ which helps to maintain the continuity of studies too.

The Summer Vacation Assignment is given to the students with the same motive in mind. Parents are requested to ensure that their wards complete the Summer Vacation Assignment during the vacation.

LITERARY CULMINATING ACTIVITY AND PARENT TEACHER INTERACTION (PTI)

With pleasure we wish to announce that the students of classes V- VIII will be presenting the Literary Culminating Activity on13 May 23 from 10:30 am -12:30 pm. We shall be having the Parent Teacher Interaction too on the same day for classes V – XII. 

The Literary Culminating Activity is the result of a weeklong literary project work. 

These literary projects are conducted at regular intervals with the purpose to enable students to gaze at the central purpose of the content, or the unit taught. 

These multifaceted projects enable to chisel a number of skills, different learning styles, mental intelligences and a sense of achievement in the student. 

We request your presence to be audience to the Literary Culminating Activity Presentation. 

You are requested to give your attendance to the housemaster of your ward.

SUMMER VACATION  

Respected Parent 

Greetings from BPSK! 

Please be informed that the school shall retire for Summer from 14th May 2023 till July 01, 2023, for the academic session 2023-24, plan your travel accordingly.  

Return on time- It is expected that the students return to school in time and do not extend their vacation. Extension of vacation without any reason will jeopardise their academic progress. The students shall return by July 01, 2023. 

Timely return to school will ensure that the students get a day of rest (02 July 23) and resume their classes from 03 July 2023 with verve.

Term-1 fees- The parent who have not paid the Term-1 fees are requested to pay the fee with late fine charges before commencement of summer vacation. In absence of fee, all value-added services may be stopped for the fee defaulters.  

 

Suggestions for active engagement of students during vacations  

Book reading- To enhance language and communication skills, holiday book reading is suggested. Parents may choose and buy a copy from the suggested age-appropriate books and encourage students to read it. 

Newspaper Reading/discuss news- To discuss and apprise the students with the current happenings around the world, parents may ensure that the students read the newspaper daily and some news can be discussed with them. 

Watch English cartoon- Students may be encouraged to watch ENGLISH cartoon films/shows to be engaged in learning with fun. 

Converse in English- Parents must ensure that they converse with their wards in English so that the students do not go out of practice that they have imbibed at school.  

Covid/heat stroke- The COVID-19 still looms over us, and the heat of the summer season is too a point of concern.  Hence, it is advised that the students and parents stay at home and take care.  

Carry Textbooks- The textbooks shall be required to be referred to complete the vacation assignment and revision. Parents must ensure that the students carry their textbooks along with them on their return to school without fail. 

General Knowledge book- Knowledge is power. This is true because the students who have upgraded their knowledge about various categories of General Knowledge- may it be sports, science and technology, current affairs, or even entertain and showbiz can articulate eloquently. The students of Classes V – VIII need to be encouraged to learn the content provided in their G K book. It will provide them a chance to enhance their knowledge of various national and international events of the world. We will organise a GK contest in the school once we reopen and the winner will be awarded a cash prize.

It is undeniably true that vacations should be utilized to the hilt wherein the learners along with their parents can break the monotony and free their minds vacationing in exotic locales and look after their overall development of body, mind, and soul.

AEROMODELING WORKSHOP 

Dear Parents,

Greeting from Birla Public School Kishangarh!!!

We are delighted to inform you that BPSK is going to organize an Aeromodeling Workshop for our students on 07.05.2023 (Sunday), in collaboration with Beyond Gravity. This workshop aims to provide a hands-on experience to our students in the field of Aeromodeling.

 In this workshop our students will get an opportunity to learn the basics of aeromodeling, design and build their own glider and control its flight.

The Aeromodeling Workshop will help our students to develop their creativity, problem-solving, and analytical skills. It will also provide them with an opportunity to explore their interest in aeronautics and engineering.

We highly encourage all students to participate in this workshop, as it will be a fun and engaging experience for them, and they have already given their consent for this.
